Appointment Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card number is required for every appointment scheduled, without exceptions. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules; otherwise, a fee will be charged. If adequate notice is not received, we reserve the right to charge the card on file. The fee is $90 for the first instance and $180 for the second and any subsequent instances. If we cannot charge the card on file for any reason, this fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
